Job Title: Territory Resource Coordinator (6 months contract). Work from home

Requirements:       Skills Required: •BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. • A+ Certification. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. • Ability to work as a team and independently. • Excellent decision-making skills, critical thinking. • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. • High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Description: Duties include: • Answering questions from technicians and customers. • Assign calls not pushed by the system. • Resolve client and technician escalations. • Create, monitor and book new calls. • Monitor technician's schedules and provide updates. • Complete reports as required. • Other duties as required.
Hours per week: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Available to work on weekends 40 hours /per week
Rate of Pay: TBD
