Requirements:       Requirements: * Excellent communication- verbal and written, attention to detail, team player, initiative, problem solving, computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), positive attitude, professional manner, willing to learn, willing to help when asked.
Description: All office skills including but not limited to reception duties, greeting clients, arranging couriers, assisting in email communications, assisting in marketing campaigns, researching new clients, researching new suppliers, filing, organizing files, merchandising, inventory control, facilitating paperwork, customer service and other duties as required.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 40 hrs/week
Rate of Pay: $16.95 to $19.50 depending on experience
