Requirements:       2+ years of Bookkeeping experience. Proficient in Simply Accounting, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to work 9-5 or similar schedule.
Description: Tracking and recording the company’s financial activities. Creation of PO’s & invoices. Receiving and recording customer payments. Making and recording supplier payments. Creation of biweekly payroll. Updating & maintenance of Job Project Report. Reconciling monthly bank statements and similar. Managing receivables.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 35 )
Rate of Pay: TBD
