Requirements:       You have a genuine willingness to always be better and are passionate about customer experience. Your care about your role as part of a team. You have prior experience in live customer service and sales by phone and/or chat based communication and know how to be great at it. You are ready to learn about products in order to troubleshoot and sell them as required. You have a drive to achieve, are empathetic and a great communicator. You can realize when something is totally over your head and are willing to ask for help. You are not scared of technology, rather you embrace it. You can work at our office in Markham, Ontario. You are able to work a full-time or part-time shift, Monday to Sunday. Bilingual in French and/or Cantonese/Mandarin
Description: Provide mindful, personalized communication to customers via phone, email, chat and social media. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and considerate manner. Document inquires effectively and accurately. Provide contributions to your team to help achieve team goals. Be a team player by sharing your success through mentorship and help build our knowledge base.
Hours per week: Monday - Sunday hours available 40
Rate of Pay: $14.00 - $18.00
