Requirements:       Take the AM temperature Take inventory of finished products AM Cook the rice / fill the PH register Cut vegetables, general preparation Prepare fried products Cut sushi / assemble trays Affix labels on food boxes / packaging; Maintain material and work equipment Plan the daily production Prepare sushi (roll) Prepare meals according to customer requests Answer questions from customers and inform them about the different products Take the weekly inventory
Description: The sushi person's job is to perform each step of making suhis and poke bowls on the menu. He/she is also in charge of the running of his counter by carrying out the daily planning of the production, the inventory, the labeling of the products. He/she is responsible for providing quality customer service by answering questions and making suggestions.
Hours per week: 25 plus
Rate of Pay: TBD
