Requirements:       As the first point of contact we are looking for the following: A friendly, customer service orientated individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service field preferred. You must be proficient with computers - email, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge using social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. Understand the importance of leading a healthy, active lifestyle and have a genuine interest in staying physically fit.
Description: Act as primary point of contact - providing information re: the gym's services, programming and products. Answer all inbound calls and emails. Respond to all inquiries and follow-up on all potential leads. Assist with the maintenance of the facility - including the gym during classes, stocking washrooms etc. Order all supplies and product as needed. Create videos for the business brand - upload content to all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook etc.) Assist with membership follow-ups.
Hours per week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 12:45pm - 8:45pm ( 24 ) per week permanent part-time
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour
