Description: We are looking for a HIGHLY organized detail oriented individual to join our incoming warehouse team! Receiving of shipments /inventory, accurately and efficiently as well as being a key warehouse point of contact for inventory control and organization. You will be given responsibilities which will grow over time. The Role involves these key components: 1. Receiving: Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various couriers & vendors - Unboxing and ensuring counts, models/ versions/skus are exact matches to the invoice and packing slips. - Scanning items into inventory management software - recording damages and information as per standard procedures - directing team members who will be supporting you in receiving during busier days - following standardized procedures and policies related to incoming - Organization of key documents and receiving workspace 2. Inventory Management: Be a key part of inventory reconciliation process regularly including physical cycle counts, inventory layout and organization for easy picking - Investigate inventory discrepancies where required in partnership with accounting/Operations - providing key information on products where required into systems Performance will be measured in the following 3 areas: a) Accuracy: Completing work with 100% accuracy- Ensuring correct products are received down to the small details b) Efficiency: Completing receiving tasks and putting away inventory in timely manner to meet company requirements while resolving any issues quickly and doing so in an organized manner. c) Privacy: Maintaining company privacy by adhering to policies regarding documentation, truck drivers/deliveries, etc. The role is dynamic and can grow over time. We are a small but growing operation with lots of opportunity for growth and development.
Hours per week: full-time 40
Rate of Pay: 15/hr
