Requirements:       Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English (both oral and written) Typing speed of 35+ wpm. Professional and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work as a team and independently. Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in client services and payments. Highly adaptable and flexible; excellence in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word & Excel) and QuickBooks. Accounting/Tax Office background (is an asset) Ability to communicate verbally by Mandarin and/or Cantonese (is an asset)
Description: Provide professional customer service by responding to and answering client phone calls and inquiries by telephone or email. Communicate and negotiate with the Canada Revenue Agency on behalf of clients. Receive and process payments by cash, cheque, credit, etc.; Issue invoices and receipts to clients with QuickBooks. Schedule and confirm appointments with pre-existing and new clients. Maintain a clean and organized office; ordering office supplies as required. General clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents. Provide administrative support to staff members and manager. Receiving, sorting, and filing incoming mail; preparing and processing outgoing mail.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm (40 hrs)
Rate of Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 TBD
