Requirements:       3-5 years Machining Experience. Programming Experience MasterCam. Proficient with Fanuc CNC Controls. Strong Conventional setup abilities, CNC programming, knowledge of CNC machines, surface grinders, milling machines, drill presses, cylindrical grinders and automatic lathes. Must be an adaptable, hard-working, self-motivated team player with a high commitment to quality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of confidentiality, integrity, ethics and professionalism. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) • Must have experience using precision measuring instruments; Mitutoyo's, Crysta-Plus M 574 Manual CMM, PH-A14 Optical Comparitor, 24-in Digital High Gauge, and Vernier tools • Should be able to handle up to 20kg weight
Description: Read process sheets, blueprints and/or sketches of part to determine final product. Review specifications to determine set up procedure, machining sequence and dimensions of finished product. Program, Set up and Operate Conventional/CNC Lathe and Conventional/CNC Milling machines with FANUC controls. Create and edit CNC programs (MasterCam 2019) and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures. Fit and assemble components and machine parts to tight tolerance. Measure, examine and verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Repair and maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hrs)
Rate of Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 BOE
