Requirements: Previous production or general labour experience (Asset); previous experience with hand and power tools (Asset);able to effectively use a tape measure;is reliable. Experience with any of the following tasks is considered a major asset: manual welding (MIG), industrial painting (spray paint), or gas fitter (G3, or G2).
Description: We are looking for career seekers to join our manufacturing production team, building custom industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Team members work in a factory environment where they are constantly being challenged to use their knowledge and skills in the construction of HVAC equipment. You will learn to read blueprint specifications, and parts lists in order to gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for the construction of HVAC equipment. What’s in it for you? Responsibilities include assembling components as required for the construction of HVAC equipment; fabricating and assembling metal products; measuring, cutting, and grinding all necessary components; performing quality checks; and following blueprint diagrams to build HVAC units. Starting wage of $19.30/hour; wage increase after 3 months. Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Hours per week: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday: 7:00am – 3:15pm 46
