Requirements: Education: Post-secondary education with exposure to marketing or business preferred.

Experience: 2+ years’ experience working in a digital environment preferred but not mandatory, will train the right candidate.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Cross Platform PC and MacIntosh environment, Acrobat, Microsoft Office software. Training on additional software programs and digital & bindery equipment will be provided.

Work Setting: Business to business orientation. Daily direct customer interaction in person, phone and electronically. Collaborative environment in a busy small business setting.

Specific Skills:
Manage all aspects of business with a portfolio of customers across a wide range of business types. Develop and execute sales and marketing programs with existing customer base, in conjunction with the owner and peers. Relentless focus on customer service with a keen eye on profitability and business growth. Friendly, pleasant personality that is comfortable in direct conversations with customers and prospects. Mature, driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to specific timelines. Good technical aptitude and strong existing computer skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to consult with peers and Graphic Designer to arrive at best solution to customer needs. Ability to propose alternative solutions and generate creative strategies for customer satisfaction. Essential Skills: Sales & Marketing aptitude, strong oral and written communication, computer skills, Project Management. Candidate also must have pleasant, positive personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Description: Marketing and printing centre in Stouffville, Ontario has an opening for a full time contract Account Coordinator on a 12 month contract, with the possibility of moving to permanent status. This position requires an energetic person with strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant and outgoing demeanor, and an aptitude for sales and marketing. Production and project management in a digital environment is a daily requirement in this role.

Basic Job Description: Management and growth of an existing group of customers. Management and production of printed and graphic materials. Implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to acquire new customers.
