Job Title: Hairstyling Instructor   Date Posted: 08/15/23 Ref. Number: 354 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Brampton Requirements: Diploma in Hairstyling program from a recognized college or university in Canada. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the field or, Minimum 4 years of industry work experience. Hairstylist license is required. Description: Deliver the curriculum as per the course syllabus including theory and practical training. Develop and prepare various teaching methods as appropriate for the various course topics. Prepare, administer and grade evaluation criteria to assess student progress. Ensure and enforce student code of conduct and regulations that must be followed in the classroom. Attend meetings with the management to share and receive feedback. Maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records. Promote in-school services to clients and maintain client records. Promote school product lines. Adhere to strict professionalism and work standards, maintain objective and professional-only relation with students. Be able to effectively resolve conflicts or problem-solve with students and clients. Ability to deliver training online using Zoom or Google Hangouts is a must.
