Requirements: •Cold calling prospective Business Solutions clients, •Promoting and selling wireless services, •Building trust, loyalty, and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers, •Understanding current and prospective customers' communication needs, business issues, and buying motives, •Conducting "needs analysis" for clients' wireless services. •Delivering the right solution for clients' evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service, •Owning executive-level client relationships, strategic business planning and service delivery, •Negotiation & entering into contractual agreements in accordance with Rogers/Global Wireless Solutions Inc. policy and procedures. •Utilizing client business plan to create account plans.
•Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by leading the account team to drive real and long-standing business value. •Positively represent Rogers/Global Wireless Solutions Inc. values at work and in the community.
Description: The Business Sales Executive will have the responsibility for selling wireless business solutions into small to medium sized business accounts. This individual will provide effective business solutions to customers through innovative and strategic planning, superior customer service and prospecting.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) TBD
