The person in this position needs to be proficient in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
Description: SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, headers, and images.
Perform regular SEO audits to identify areas of improvement.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and organic search performance.
Develop and implement link-building strategies.
Collaborate with developers to optimize website speed and performance.
Stay updated on the latest SEO best practices, algorithms, and industry trends.
Create SEO friendly written content.
Paid Traffic Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
Monitor budget and adjust bids for better ROI.
Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and CTA to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Research competitors' ads and strategies to inform campaign adjustments.
Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Ensure proper ad targeting, including demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behaviors.
Create regular reports on SEO and paid campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights based on performance data.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking across various platforms.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday (40)
Rate of Pay: $45000 - $65000 per year
