Description: Job Summary:
As an office admin at our contracting company, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our office administration team. You would be responsible for various tasks including,
the organization of office operations and procedures. You would also be also responsible for coordinating meetings, and providing professional communications for prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct and organize travel plans and meetings for management staff. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, E-Mail, and PowerPoint. Ability in documentation follow-ups. Provide assistance in processing documents and other paperwork assigned. Write and file clients reports for the benefit of team members' review. Answer/ manage all business-related phone calls and emails. Deliver/ pick up documents from clients and be able to schedule own routines to the locations and time frame as documents need to be delivered/pick up on time. Assist in other pick-up/drop-off tasks as required. Work remotely.
$17.00/HR 20 HRS per week.
