Description: As the Service Administrator for our Service Team, you will gain experience with supporting our clients in an administrative capacity for one of the fastest-growing, multi-trade service companies within the Construction industry. Specifically, we are looking for an organized and methodical individual who is looking to apply the skills and experience they have developed over the course of their career to a FUN and CHALLENGING environment.
Creating Work Orders.
Creating purchase orders.
Coordinating/minor scheduling with Technicians and Project Managers.
Billing Work Orders.
Uploading invoices to portals as required.
Assisting in communications with technicians and customers regarding work orders.
Assisting in an administrative function across various business functions (Safety, IT, Finance, Operations etc.)
