Description: •Welcome and assist walk-in clientele in a courteous and professional manner. •Responsibly manage incoming telephone communications across multiple locations on a daily basis, ensuring prompt follow-up with customers when necessary. •Efficiently track and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries. •Travel to and from our existing locations to conduct audit preparations (Must have G license and vehicle). •Re-vamp existing manuals to digital files as videos (preferred to have some video editing experience but not required). Maintain an organized system for sorting and managing documents received from instructors and various locations, consistently updating our internal system to prevent discrepancies. •Process new student enrollments and handle confidential documents with discretion. •Uphold office cleanliness standards and oversee the procurement of necessary office supplies. •Collect client payments, issue appropriate receipts, and apply payments accurately to respective accounts. •Collaborate with and support the Business Manager to facilitate the seamless execution of daily operational tasks. •Adhere to all regulations established by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to ensure compliance and meet audit requirements.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday -10am - 6pm 37.5 hrs/week
Rate of Pay: $17.50-$18/hr
