Description: Lead generation and lead conversion of prospective students interested in diploma programs (and certificates) being offered by the College. Respond to telephone or email inquiries with great professionalism and a pleasant, friendly manner - Meeting monthly or annual enrolment targets. Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries. Booking and coordinating school tours for prospective students (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety). Interviewing and counselling prospective students and converting prospective students into enrollments -Give presentations to prospective students at various events (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety). Lead generation through networking and sourcing: attend job fairs, make visits to newcomer centers, immigration agencies, employment agencies, etc to recruit students (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety). Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end. Follow-up on existing leads provided by school in a team or independently. Assisting in recruitment strategy and implementation for various programs. Manage the social media inquiries, including creating and responding to posts, comments. Regularly update and maintain student files and records. Manage student fee payment and receipts as required. Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required - Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 30-35 hrs per week
