Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required.
Location: Living within 45 minutes of our location
Description: Seeking an energetic, flexible, proactive, self starter for our Administrative Support 18 month maternity coverage position.

Report updating and writing.
Answering phones, door, and reply to emails, check messages, redirecting as necessary.
Photocopy and file.
Open and prioritize incoming mail; arrange for couriers and deliveries.
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, meeting agendas, and other documents.
Assist with scheduling needs/client intake.
Administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Perform other tasks as assigned including running errands, ordering and pick up of lunch, etc.
Packing orders.
Mail out bulk correspondence.
Organizing, maintaining stock.
Assisting multiple supervisors with various tasks.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday
Rate of Pay: $17
