Requirements: Our receptionist is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company.
Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required
Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role.
Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area.
Administrative duties as assigned, such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages
Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
Perform other duties as required/requested by management.
