Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online, and preferably have experience or willingness to learn Profile Tax Software and Caseware Program. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records.
-Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
-Assist with payroll processing, including calculation of hours, deductions, and tax withholdings.
-Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for review by senior staff members.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
-Manage office administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
-Assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
-Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 3-4 days a week 20+
