• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in both accounting and administrative tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a CPA firm is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages
Description: Responsibilities:
• Accounting Technician Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and financial health.
• Provide support to senior accountants in various accounting tasks as required.
• Office Administrator Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms effectively, utilizing available resources.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and oversee equipment maintenance.
