Description: The Office Coordinator supports the Plant through day-to-day general administrative support ensuring the office is runs in an efficient manner.
Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone and direct queries to appropriate departments.
Basic administrative duties: photocopying, faxing, filing.
Data entry into JustFoods ERP of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and making adjustments to the system.
Sort and input vendor invoices.
Assist monthly physical inventory count.
Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including: outlining product details, price quotations, product availability, creating and sending purchase orders.
Act as backup for Customer Service/ Order Desk team.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm 20+
