Description: Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a vital part of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally. You will provide basic support and information to callers, and when necessary, direct calls to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will assist with document management, helping to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
● Provide accurate information to callers and resolve inquiries where possible.
● Direct calls to appropriate team members when further expertise or assistance is required.
● Assist in managing and organizing electronic documents and paperwork.
● Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
● Contribute to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Salary Rate: 16.55.
Hours Per Week: 37.5.
Location: WFH/ON-SITE/HYBRID.
