Strong understanding of the Chinese-Canadian market, culture, and consumer behavior. Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, including forecasting and planning skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to travel as required. Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Midea brand products through various channels such as online shopping platforms, Chinese supermarkets, and partnerships with Chinese builders. This role requires a deep understanding of the Chinese-Canadian market, consumer preferences, and the ability to adapt strategies to meet these needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Midea brand appliances. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners in online and offline channels, including Chinese supermarkets, builders, and online shopping apps. Conduct market analysis to understand the latest trends in the Chinese market in Canada and adapt strategies accordingly. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials tailored to the Chinese-Canadian market. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare detailed sales reports. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote Midea brand appliances and expand network contacts.
