Requirements: Proven experience as a maintenance worker, handyman or similar role.
Strong knowledge and skills in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in a related field is a plus.
Experience in residential and commercial developments is preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 50 lbs.) and ability to go up and down ladders.
Description: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues, such as leaks, faulty equipment, or structural damage.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants, property managers, or supervisors.
Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to determine the cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
Assist in renovation projects, including demolition, construction, and finishing work.
Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and vendors to complete maintenance and repair projects on time and within budget.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as snow removal, landscaping, and gutter cleaning.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to maintenance and repair work.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours
