Requirements: A valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
Experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles,
Ability to implement tasks and follow instructions correctly;
Proficient with computers and current technology, including using various software packages, cellular technology i.e. apps
Technical knowledge with a mechanical aptitude,
A willingness to work occasional overtime,
High attention to detail with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A willingness to comply with company policies and uphold standards for service quality,
Description: This Dealership is currently seeking an Automotive PDI and Accessory Installer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Complete all assigned tasks including pre-delivery inspections (PDI’s), accessory installations etc. as detailed on the vehicle service order.
Ensure all parts and/or accessories are installed in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Ensure all procedures, processes, etc. are completed as per the pre-delivery inspection process and procedures.
Ensure awareness of current factory-recommended vehicle set up procedures.
Inspect vehicles prior to service and confirm odometer reading
Perform test drives and vehicle deliveries, if required, in a safe manner.
Inform Shop Foreman of any vehicle damage, defects, fit, malfunctioning equipment or irregularities immediately upon discovery
Complete any and all required documentation related to pre-delivery inspection accurately.
Use computer systems and various software to complete service orders and update vehicle progress etc.
As required, obtain vehicles from the stock lot in order to complete PDI and accessory installation.
Operate all tools, hoists and equipment in a safe manner; following all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work as part of a team to accomplish division’s targets;
Other duties, tasks, projects, etc. as requested by management. $22.15 hourly until the end of probation period then $17.85 flat rate
