Number: 320 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Mississauga Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent experience •Supply Chain Certification an asset (i.e. CSCP, CPIM) •Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Control •Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing •Knowledge of ERP Systems must have •7 years of ERP systems experience preferred •Technical understanding of manufacturing life cycle •Proven experience in leadership roles •Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools •Data analytics skills are a must have •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Change management and people skills an asset •Strong negotiation skills and supplier relation management skills. Description: The Inventory and Supplier Relations Manager is a functional manager role tasked with developing productive relationships with suppliers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, enhancing MAD’s competitive positioning. This role encompasses total responsibility for Sourcing and end-to-end Inventory Management, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring accuracy. The incumbent will create in conjunction with MAD a new paradigm in supply chain management for small businesses, aiming to make MAD a model of best practices in the industry and a cornerstone of the DMG group. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and accountable, ensuring MAD secures the best value in goods and services based on price, quality, delivery, and support. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
