Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in production.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes.

Oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured in a timely manner.
Manage and train production staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop and implement production schedules and monitor production levels.
Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement cost-saving measures.
Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and track KPIs to ensure performance and productivity.
Maintain inventory levels and order materials.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $70,000–$90,000
