Requirements:
Proficiency in:
Quickbooks, Excel, MS Office, G Suite and Outlook Email
Preferred:
Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience or in similar role
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Second Language (Russian) is required
Description:
Starting rate: $23
Schedule start time from 10:00 AM.
Sat: 8-10 hours
Sun: 8 + hours
Starting - Approximate hours (16-20 hours per week) depending on workload.
Duties include but no limited to:
Data Entry and Invoicing using company software provided
Process Invoices for Payment
Prepare cheques and EFT payment files
Prepare Customer invoices for submission
Record Customer Receipts
Prepare Customer Statements as needed
Making adjustments in weekly hours and timesheets
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
