Job Title: Renovation Assistant   Date Posted: 04/24/24 Ref. Number: 364 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Hamilton Requirements: •1-3 years of residential property renovation experience •Must have own vehicle with a clean driver’s abstract and able to commute to different locations throughout the GTA, Hamilton, and Niagara region. •Must have own tools necessary to complete all basic flooring tasks (not including larger equipment provided by the Employer) •Must be able to participate in an after-hours rotational emergency response team as required. •Lift up to 30lbs Description: The Renovation Assistant is responsible to assist the Renovation Specialist tasks as assigned by the Property Manager. Tasks will include, but is not limited, floor installation, tile and grout, carpentry and maintenance of various types within the scope of company work orders in a residential apartment setting within the InterRent Southwestern Ontario’s Portfolio. The location of work will depend on the Capital Project schedule with the GTA, Hamilton, and Niagara region.
