Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in real estate administration, real estate office management or real estate brokerage documentation.
Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, G-drive, Sheets), MS Office (e.,g. Powerpoint & Access) and Docusign.
Familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), mapping tools and Canadian markets.
Strong organization skills.
Communication skills.

The Real Estate Coordinator will support key administrative functions of the Real Estate Department, Market Planning Team, the Legal Real Estate Department, and the Chief Development Officer.



What you'll do in this role:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ongoing real estate projects in the NSO and Portfolio Management databases.
Prepare Site Approval Packages and Franchise Sales Packages each month for proposed new restaurant locations, combining materials from Market Planning, Real Estate, Franchising, Design, and Construction
Ensure timely execution and circulation of all real estate department legal documentation, including all leases, lease renewals and amending agreements.
Organize and maintain the shared Real Estate folders with the information for each project, as well as market information from landlords, brokers and competitors.
Coordinate travel and prepare relevant information for market tours, including local intel, demographic information, comparable lease rates, competitive sales, market history, and future development plans
Creating and circulating Approvals To Proceed (ATPs) with drawing initiation or capex requests.
Taking detailed minutes at Real Estate Committee meetings
Circulating NSO Pipelines, REC reports, REC Agenda, etc. as needed
Circulation and polling of all required estoppel certificate work, coordinating with legal to ensure timely review and execution.
Coordinate internally to prepare ancillary real estate documents such as waiver letters, non-disturbance letters, etc.
