Responsibilities:
• Accounting Technician Responsibilities:
• Learn and assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Support the team in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts under supervision.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with guidance.
• Participate in maintaining accurate accounting records and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the overall success of accounting operations.
• Office Administrator Responsibilities:
• Gain hands-on experience in managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Assist in greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Learn to schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms efficiently.
• Support in maintaining office supplies inventory and overseeing equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to support various tasks and projects.
