Number: 903 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: York Requirements: Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or equivalent approved combination of education and experience A valid Ontario Class “DZ” driver’s licence Experience in the field of specialized heavy-duty equipment and other equipment associated with road maintenance operations, such as dump trucks, loaders, tractors, snowplows using a Tandem or Single Axle Roadway plow/salter, chainsaws and grass-cutting equipment Ability to work rotating shifts, perform standby duties, and work outside regular business hours, in adverse weather conditions as required A commitment to professional excellence with internal and external customers to promote a positive work environment A team player with strong communication, critical thinking, innovation and personal ownership A Post-Offer Employment Test (POET) will be issued upon a conditional offer of employment.
