• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in the software industry.
• Experience in working with learning experience platforms, learning management systems, or e-learning solutions.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience in working with external technology partners or vendors.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, creating user stories, and collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements for Employer. You will also act as the primary point of contact for the external technology agency and ensure that they follow the agreed-upon processes, standards, and timelines.
Responsibilities
1. Understand the vision and goals of Employer and align the product backlog and roadmap accordingly.
2. Work with the business and learning teams to gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and best practices.
3. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to communicate the product requirements to the development team and stakeholders.
4. Review and prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is visible, transparent, and clear.
5. Collaborate with the development team and the external technology agency to plan and execute the sprint cycles, review the deliverables, and provide feedback.
6. Participate in the sprint ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
7. Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to the internal and external stakeholders.
8. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the product meets the quality and usability standards.
9. Manage the product release process and coordinate with the stakeholders to launch the product features and enhancements.
10. Leverage the functionality of Employer to support multiple audience segments, such as paid customers in the education space, small to medium size businesses, and government entities.
11. Build business cases with cost/benefit analysis
