Requirements: Qualifications:
-Post-secondary degree/diploma in the field of Office Administration or related fields.
-1 year experience in related administrative role
-1 year experience in website maintenance
-Experience working in developmental services sector
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Proficiency with relational database programs (Access, File Maker Pro, Stripe, Eventbrite, LMS, Articulate) and ability to learn new programs quickly
-Excellent communication skills, customer service approach

Description: The employer is not-for profit organization helping people with intellectual disabilities.
The Learning and Development Registrar is responsible for the registration and tracking of attendees to courses offered by the department. The Registrar uses databases and other technological implements to register attendees, produce class rosters and to keep track of staff mandatory training. The Registrar also produces certificates for courses and registers graduates in central records. This role also provides administrative support to the department, posting courses online, producing statistics and reports as needed, providing reception relief and acting as the first point of contact for interest in Reena’s course offerings. The registrar is first point of contact for external agencies as their registration portal. The registrar creates, implements and maintains external registration sites.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update course registrations for all Learning and Development (L&D) programs and courses.
Oversee the departmental database, registering both staff and external participants.
Provide technical support for database systems used in registration and course management.
Post course offerings online for easy access and visibility.
Monitor course attendance and promptly identify and manage no-show participants.
Develop and implement resources and processes to enhance employee training records.
Produce certificates and training verification documents for course participants.
Prepare and share digital payment links to facilitate fee collection for paid courses.
Provide general administrative support to the Manager of Learning and Development (L&D) and the departmental team.
Assist L&D and other departments with conference registration and event coordination.
Maintain staff profiles on the Learning and Development training database, such as Microsoft Office 365 Learning Management System (LMS).

Rate of Pay: 44000 a year
