Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations (Chinese is required) - Upsell menu items and promote specials - Enter orders accurately into the POS system - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently As a server, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
