Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. High attention to detail. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Basic computer skills. Description: An Exciting Food Manufacturing organization in the Mississauga area is looking for a committed, detail-oriented Packaging and Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. Are you a team player with strong organizational skills an attention to detail, and do you have a passion for food, people and love a fast-paced production environment? If you are and have 3+ years of experience ideally within food manufacturing / packaging, shipping and order fulfilment within a warehouse environment, then this role may be right for you. Duties: Blending and grinding product within a semi automatic environment. Follow GMP guidelines regarding finishing and preparation. Packing product and preparing for shipments. Manually measure and label food containers to ensure freshness. Manually perform Quality control measures at every stage of the packaging process.
