Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. High attention to detail. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Forklift experience would be a definite asset Description: An Exciting Food Manufacturing organization in the Mississauga area is looking for a committed, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator - Packaging and Order Fulfillment on a permanent basis. Are you a team player with strong leadership and organizational skills, and do you have a passion for food, people and love a fast-paced production environment? If you are and have 3+ years of experience ideally within food manufacturing / packaging, shipping and order fulfilment within a warehouse environment, then this role may be right for you. Duties: Blending and grinding product within a semi automatic environment. Follow GMP guidelines regarding finishing and preparation. Packing product and preparing for shipments. Manually measure and label food containers to ensure freshness. Manually perform Quality control measures at every stage of the packaging process. Process orders using the warehouse management system and other inventory software. Coordinate shipping with shipping carriers (scheduling pickups and delivery). Inventory management.
