Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial industry or public accounting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Description:
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and net asset value calculations.
• Conduct financial control reviews to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile cash, portfolio, and capital accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Calculate income and expense allocations, including performance fees.
• Collaborate with investment managers, banks, custodians, and brokers.
• Ensure adherence to client service agreements.
• Assist in new client onboarding and fund launches.
• Participate in year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
