Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Process all warranty claims using Dealership Management System (DMS)
Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork
Authorize claim eligibility
Track back order parts in coordination with the Parts Department
Assign repair orders and jobs to Technicians
Ensure that each repair order is fully and appropriately documented with the complaint, cause and appropriate attention
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of the repairs
Telephone communications and reception
Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
Vehicle licensing and administration
Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
Participate in administrative tasks
Description:

Have Internal Advisor/Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
Have a clean driver's abstract
Are able to work Full Time hours, Monday to Saturday (hours to be discussed)
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong computer and telephone skills
Knowledge of mechanical/vehicle body repair
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
Valid Ontario driver's license
