Requirements:
Qualifications: ● Required: minimum one (1) year of Canadian sales experience in a full-time or part-time role. ● Passionate about supporting charities and non-profits and making a positive impact. ● Time management and prioritization skills. ● Good writing, editing, research and communication skills preferred ● Strong communication skills, and an excellent command of the English language. ● Required: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ● Experience with any of the following is an asset: AirTable, Google Suite, Hubspot CRM. ● Reliability and professionalism when communicating with staff and clients. ● Familiarity with the Canadian nonprofit and charitable sector, and the grants or foundation sector is an asset.
Description:
Responsibilities: ● Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring that all current prospects are receiving ongoing and consistent follow-ups, and that progress is being well-documented. ● Identifying suitable sales products (grants) ● Establishing pricing for sales products, and working with Operations Team to ensure profitability prior to sharing with clients. ● Developing new sales proposals in collaboration with the Research, Marketing, and Operations teams, and the Founder. ● Actively pursuing new inside and outside sales opportunities. ● Representing the company in outside sales events in and around Southern Ontario (Additional out of province travel may be required for rare occasions). ● Tracking key performance indicators, including revenue generated and number of sales. ● Attending quarterly team meetings within the Greater Toronto Area for planning and leadership development, at the expense of DoGood Fundraising. ● Additional duties as assigned.

Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed)
20+ hrs/week

$28.00/hr
