The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare sales and a passion for educating families about the benefits of cord blood banking. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the cord blood banking process and ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions. Qualifications: • Previous experience in healthcare sales or a related field is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Description: Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on cord blood banking services. • Educate prospective clients about the benefits and procedures of cord blood banking. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads to drive sales. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new clients and increasing retention. • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience. • Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. • Provide feedback to management on client needs and potential areas for improvement.
