- Zero tolerance for any substance abuse, smoking (in any form), late to work or early to leave excuses, cell phone usage at work, dishonesty, aggression, abusive behaviour/language/body language/facial expressions, or any other direct or indirect venting at work. Should not attend to work under influence of any drug, medicine or substance which could alter/ affect mood.
- No visitors allowed (including families and friends) at work.
Description:
Fulfilment (pick, pack, receive, stock) Health & wellness related in retail setting.
Receiving:
Receive deliveries from carries, checking if the boxes are related to us, and the number of the boxes that are received to be equal to what she/ he is signing for.
Opening the boxes. Receiving and verifying orders with the related info on the computer, reporting short ships, short-dated deliveries, and damaged or defective items.
Picking /Preparing shipments.
Pick correct products based on the provided list and place them for the relevant order in the list.
Verify the complete orders and put them for packing.
Separate incomplete orders and keep them in the designated area to be filled upon receiving the missing products.
Filling and packing:
Using Scanner and computer, find each order and scan and register the exp date of the related items for each order.
Count, wrap according to our guidelines, and choose a right size box, tape up the box, and attach the shipping label properly.
If Computer points out an error, must stop and ask supervisor to verify.
Sorting products and completing the pending orders:
Review the received items, using a scanner and computer, find the related pending order and fill accurately and based on the qty.
Reviewing incomplete orders daily and follow protocols for necessary actions.
Restocking:
Using tablet device, scan and locate the correct placement of each item. Following guidelines.

Keep the shelves organized, full, and dust free. Regularly inventory count and expiry checks are performed.

Organizing the work environment:

Maintain cleanliness of work area, storage area, and selling floor. Ensures a safe and secure work environment. Maintains the eye-appeal of the department and the shelves.

Refill your packing station with the daily supply requirements.

Make sure the supplies are all ready and organized for the next day.

Wipes clean the desks and devices daily.

Dispose of the boxes in the designated recycling site of the building daily. Making sure there is no invoice or product in them.

Attention to Detail

Time Management: its important to fill orders ACURATELY and send out ALL the complete orders before the set time for the courier services.
