Description: Food Preparation:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality.

Cooking:
Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Use various cooking methods (baking, grilling, frying, etc.) to prepare meals.

Quality Control:
Monitor food quality during cooking and presentation.
Taste dishes to ensure proper seasoning and flavor.

Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety.

Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory control by tracking supplies and ingredients.
Help with ordering and receiving food products.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including chefs and servers.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Menu Planning:
Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menus.
Assist in planning and preparing special menus for events.

Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, safe, and in working order.
Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions.

Customer Service:
Respond to special dietary requests or allergies.
Occasionally interact with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Training and Development:
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques through continuous learning.
