• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
• Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
• English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
Work Location: In person

Description: • Prepare pasta dough, cooking, and plate pasta.
• Prepare ,cook and plaiting grill dishes.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Hours per week: 40 – 44 per week
