Description: The Position:

The Dishwasher will be responsible to clean the Kitchen, Restaurant and Banquet utensils, dishware, glassware and pots, while ensuring that the Stewarding area is maintained in a clean and tidy manner. The successful candidate will consistently display high-levels of service, professionalism, and courtesy to every guest and Team Member.
• Ensures all utensils, dishware, glassware and pots are clean and sanitized
• Picks up, loads, washes, unloads and stacks dishes
• Washes all pots, pans, inserts, etc., and cleans all kitchen equipment as required
• Sorts and stores all utensils, dishware, glassware and pots in the assigned storage and server areas
• Keeps the Stewarding area floors swept, cleaned and washed at all times
• Cleans and organizes all related work equipment and areas

In this role, we expect that you will have an open availability to work early mornings, late nights (shifts often end at midnight or 1am), weekends, and holidays.
