Description: Job Overview:
The Client Care Associate will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, helping ensure a positive and supportive experience. This position requires a candidate with excellent administrative skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary.
• Process payments, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the healthcare team.
Hours per week: 20-40
