Requirements:	• PSW certificate required, • First Aid and CPR certification mandatory, • Strong effective communication in English (verbal/written), • Valid Ontario Driver's license required, • Cognitive dementia experience, • Experience working with/ caring for seniors, • Well-developed team skills, leadership skills with ability to take initiative, • Effective problem solving and conflict management skills in fast paced environment, • Ability to work well within a changing environment, • Computer and cell phone competency, • Medication management an asset, • Fluency in both official languages (English & French) or other language(s), an asset.
