Technical Proficiency: If you’re tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), we want you on our team.
Software Knowledge: Experience with ProCore and Smartsheet? That’s a big plus! Your familiarity with these tools will help drive our projects to success.
Description: We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Markham. This position is an intermediate skill level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Project Coordinator) in the future.

As our Project Administrator Dynamo, you will be the heartbeat of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes (but is not limited to):
Handling all documentation requirements associated with the successful execution of projects.
Tracking the progress of jobs and assist the project manager in monitoring profitability.
Being a key point of contact with general contractors and suppliers. Escalate issues to the Project Manager as required.
Creating invoices and progress billing reports in a timely manner. Ensure any issues impacting collectability are escalated to the Project Manager.
Actively looking for opportunities to improve activities and tasks in Their role and the company at large.
Respond to co-workers and customers quickly and keep them updated if they will not meet a promised delivery date.
Deliver quality work in everything that they do.
Be a cooperative team player and provide additional support to co-workers as required.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday (40)
