Description: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional customer support across multiple online sales channels and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. • Customer Support: Provide outstanding service and sales support via phone and email for our eCommerce website and eBay store. •Client Assistance: Support consignment clients with day-to-day account activities, ensuring a smooth experience. •Product Knowledge: Share accurate product details, pricing information, and basic technical guidance with NRI customers. •Issue Resolution: Resolve order issues quickly and professionally, identifying the cause and suggesting improvements. •Follow-Up: Confirm customer satisfaction post-resolution and recommend actions to prevent future issues. •Issue Reporting: Immediately report suspected product issues to senior support staff or management. •Feedback Analysis: Gather customer feedback to suggest potential service improvements. •Data Entry: Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
Rate of Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
